Linda Hoopes, PhD
After spending 25+ years in the world of business psychology and organizational change, I have gravitated toward resilience as the focus of my professional work. Why? Because I believe that everyone has the seeds of resilience within them, and that learning to weather life’s storms with grace and skill is important for us all. What I bring to the work: A PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a minor in Statistics/Psychometrics. Twenty years of experience in organizational change, including working closely with Daryl Conner, author and expert in the field. A gift for simplifying complex things. A love of music, sailboat racing, and travel. Training in bodywork, Aikido, and listening. And a lot of experience in trying to practice what I preach. I’ve written one book (Managing Change with Personal Resilience) and am working on several more, developed several tools (including the Personal Resilience Profile and Team Synergy Profile) and associated training materials, and I love speaking, writing, and consulting on resilience, organizational change, assessment development, and related topics.

Jacqueline Saszi, CPC
Director of Marketing and Customer Service
I was introduced to Linda in 2009 and was inspired by her work, and joined the Resilience Alliance team in 2010 as her assistant and office manager.
After seeing the difference Linda’s work has made with our clients and partners, and getting to work side-by-side with our amazing team of dedicated practitioners, I developed a strong desire to spread the word. I attended Emory University and received a certificate in Digital Marketing, and have taken on the role of Director of Marketing and Customer Service. My goals are to continue to provide the best customer service I can to our current clients, build a thriving community around our materials and practices, and attract more individuals and organizations that will benefit from their use.
Outside of my work with RA, I have a successful private coaching and personal training practice as a Restorative Exercise Specialist™ and Certified Professional Coach. I am also a certified Personal Resilience Practitioner, and use the Personal Resilience Profile often with my clients. I am an autodidact and voracious learner, so I am always reading and educating myself on various subjects. I also enjoy walking, hiking, yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
Dianne Leader, PhD
My interests in people, science, and systems come together in the field of industrial and organizational psychology. I received my PhD from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville (joint psychology/management program), after graduating with Bachelor’s, Honors, and Masters degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
In South Africa, I worked as a clinician in drug rehabilitation and crisis intervention. For almost twenty years, I’ve been teaching psychology at Georgia Tech in Atlanta. As an independent organizational consultant over many years, I have enjoyed working with a great variety of people, systems, and organizations undergoing transformation.
Nothing has been more exciting than working with Linda Hoopes, the dedicated Resilience Alliance team, and our remarkably innovative clients to inspire and cultivate the personal and organizational resilience it takes to thrive in our ever-changing world.
Joy E. McCarthy, PhD
I am a business psychologist with over twenty years of consulting experience. My areas of expertise include leadership and team development, change execution, performance enhancement and organizational innovation. I have extensive experience in utilizing diagnostics as bases for leadership and team coaching, and organizational redesign and development. Because of a firm belief in the necessity of a more disciplined approach to change execution, I joined Conner Partners where I met Linda Hoopes and learned about the importance of resilience in adapting to change. I use my assessment, coaching, and training strengths to help executives, managers, and employees understand their Personal Resilience Profiles and develop the characteristics of resilience.
